It was again a fine sunny morning, on Arus. The boys were out having fun but Princess Allura was in her room. She was not feeling like going outside to have fun with them. She was frustrated and little bit annoyed by Keith's continuous cold behaviour towards her.

"I don't know what's wrong with him," said Allura to her little friend, Cheezy. "Oh, I have seen love in his eyes for me numerous times, but still he never confesses it."

With a sigh, she picked up little Cheezy from the floor and put him on her palm. "Cheezy, do you think that he loves me?"

"Eeep, Eeep," the little Cheezy condoled Allura in his own mouse language, because he has seen Allura so sad, so he gives her a clumsy answer, just to make her laugh.

Allura laughed at her pet's answer. "Yes, I am more beautiful than Keith. That's alright. I know he loves me," the lovely Princess of Arus responded and smiled. "Oh, Cheezy, you know that I would have been the Miss Universe, if I were there in the 'Earth's beauty contest' last year." Cheezy's clumsy humor had cheered the princess. "Thanks Cheezy, you have helped a lot."

By saying so, she put the mouse on her shoulder and walked to the large mirror and admired her beauty in it and became lost in her thoughts and began talking aloud to herself and to her little mouse friend.

"What should I do to make him admit that he loves me? Why does he always seem so shy? Yes, I'm gorgeous, with long blond hair like the golden sun rays, and my blue eyes so deep, that would melt your heart, my love, and my lips so red, taste like berries just for you, my love."

With saying so, she actually kissed herself in the mirror pretending to be in her lover's arms. She sighed aloud, not knowing that Lance was entering the room. She was so absorbed in her thoughts that she hadn't heard him sneaking around behind her and gesturing to Cheezy to remain silent. And besides, her eyes were closed so she didn't see Lance.

"Booooo!" exclaimed Lance, scaring the princess and the mouse with a mask.

Allura screamed aloud, "Ahhhh!"

"Princess be quiet or Nanny will be here and would start giving her favourite lectures to you. Do you wish to enjoy that?" said Lance laughing.

"You have just scared Cheezy. Look what have you done. He ran away, just because of you", cried the Princess. "How many times have I told you not to sneak around me, and use that stupid mask, hmmm?" . . . she shrugs. "It does really look scary! Where did you get it?"

"From Haggar,"said Lance still trying to control his laughter in front of the Princess, because he really didn't get the mask from Haggar. He was just teasing Allura to tell her that.

Allura rolled her eyes and said ,"It's not really very funny, Lance. And tell me, what are you doing here?"

"No, with all due respect, your Highness, first you tell me what were you doing with the mirror," said the mischievous Lance to the Princess with a nasty grin on his face.

"It's not really your business, Lance, now please leave. I have some important work to do," said the annoyed Princess to him."

"Oh, I know that magic spell Princess. Mirror mirror on the wall, tell me Will K.E.I.T.H..my love, fall in love with me at all?"

Allura blushed a little, by hearing this.

Lance quickly turned around to leave by saying, "Perhaps I shall go see Keith and tell him that there is someone who is . . . umphmmmm"

Allura puts her delicate hand on his mouth and pleads, "Oh, Lance, no please, please don't tell Keith about it. You have to promise me."

Meanwhile Nanny entered the room dropping a bunch of flowers on the floor and squeaked like Cheezy, "Eeeee. . . !"

She couldn't believe on her eyes that Princess was so close to that boy . . . and what has he been doing with her hand, . . . squeezing, oh noooo . . . Hand near his mouth kissing . . . Oh my goodnees!!!

"Boy, what on Arus are you doing?" Nanny cried aloud. "Oh my poor child, I have told Coran so many times not to let you fly the blue Lion with these bunch of boys!"

"Nanny!" cried Princess, "No Nanny no, its not what you're thinking. It's not Lance's fault."

Lance interrupted her by saying, "Its O.K," he whispers in her ear before leaving the room, "your little secret is safe with me." He winked and smiled at Allura trying to make Nanny faint this time for sure.

After he was gone, Nanny began her "just for the girls" kind of lecture. Allura was hardly paying any attention to the words because her mind was else where, again.
